Giving Tuesday at Peace River Wildlife Center

Join Peace River Wildlife Center this Giving Tuesday as we work to protect Florida native wildlife through compassionate care, rehabilitation, and education. Every year thousands of injured, orphaned, and displaced animals come through our doors. Many arrive tangled in fishing line, struck by vehicles, displaced by storms, or separated from their parents. Your generosity helps us provide the medical treatment, safe recovery spaces, and dedicated care they depend on for a second chance at life.
Giving Tuesday is more than a day of giving. It is a chance for our community to come together and support the wildlife that share our environment. Your gift strengthens the rescue and rehabilitation work we do every day at our hospital and also supports the important education that helps prevent these injuries before they occur. Through our current Education Center, visitors of all ages learn how to live safely alongside wildlife. In 2026 we will open our new Education Center, creating more opportunities for hands-on learning, guided programs, and meaningful conservation experiences for families, students, and visitors.
By giving on this global day of generosity, you help us care for the animals that need us today and support the education that will protect wildlife tomorrow. Your kindness directly contributes to healthier habitats, safer communities, and a brighter future for wildlife across Southwest Florida.
Thank you for standing with us on Giving Tuesday and helping provide hope, healing, and protection for the animals that depend on us.
