Helping Wildlife Thrive Every Day

What stands out most to me about Peace River Wildlife Center is the dedication of the people behind the care.

Every day, PRWC’s staff and volunteers give injured and orphaned native wildlife the opportunity to recover and return to the wild. They also provide ongoing care for the permanent residents that cannot safely be released.

PRWC offers something different from a traditional zoo experience. Every permanent resident is here because it cannot return to the wild. A visit gives you the opportunity to see these animals up close, learn why they remain in care, and discover their distinct behaviors and individual care needs. I encourage you to come see for yourself.

Providing this level of care takes knowledge, compassion,
hard work, and dependable support.

Join me in supporting PRWC’s daily operations. Your gift helps provide food, medical care, safe enclosures, and the many essential resources needed to care for wildlife every day.

Whether you give $25, $50, $100, $1,000, or another amount that is meaningful to you, your support helps PRWC continue its work in wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, lifelong care, and community education.

Together, we can help ensure that native Florida wildlife continues to receive the care it needs.
