Privacy Policy – Peace River Wildlife Center respects your privacy. When you sign up for our e-newsletter or provide any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, we will not share, sell, rent, or trade that information with any third party.
The information you provide will be kept confidential and will only be used to respond to requests you make, mail thank you letters and receipts for donations, or to email your copy of the e-newsletters you have requested.
Unless you otherwise specify, Peace River Wildlife Center may contact past donors from time to time to alert them to other donation and fundraising opportunities within our organization. Peace River Wildlife Center will not publicly associate donor’s names with their donation unless the donor explicitly chooses to allow us to do so. Donors who donate over certain levels of money or gifts in kind, will have a plaque placed on the wall of our building to show appreciation for their support. Any donations made online via Peace River Wildlife Center’s website will be made through PayPal. PayPal is a separate entity and Peace River Wildlife Center does not have any affiliations with PayPal except as a method for customers to make said donations. Online Gift Store
Any purchases made through our online gift shop will be made via Pay Pal (see above) or via credit card through WooComerce. You DO NOT need to create a PayPal account to complete your purchase. WooCommerce is a separate entity and Peace River Wildlife Center does not have any affiliations with WooCommerce except as a secure method for customers to make online purchases. Shipping:
Shipping costs are calculated based on actual rates depending on the weight and size of your package.
We will combine products to reduce shipping costs.
ALL packages normally ship out to your verified address within 2 business days of a confirmed payment.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on Holidays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will ship the next business day.
The ship day means the day your order ships out, not when you will receive it.
For example, if you place an order on a Monday after 2 p.m., your order should ship (not be delivered) no later than Wednesday a.m.
Once your order ships, you will be provided shipment confirmation and tracking that will be emailed to you within 24 hrs.
Returns:
All sales are final. In the rare event that your item arrives defective, is damaged upon shipment, or is not the product stated in the description, you must notify us immediately to make return. The purchased item (along with any free items, if applicable) must be returned in the exact condition it was received or it will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.We will accept returns for a refund minus original shipping/handling costs.
